COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN EVALUATION
Our comprehensive plan evaluation service is delivered over three to six weeks. This service is suited to:
participants with an existing NDIS plan needing support to implement their plan effectively
participants with complex needs, service barriers, or funding shortfalls
participants needing assistance with reparation for plan reviews or appeals
individuals seeking NDIS access who have received a rejection
This evaluation is designed to improve your understanding of your plan and how to use it efficiently. We review your plan documents, analyse budgets, assess supports, and develop a tailored action plan to help you implement your plan with confidence.

Please note the minimum requirement for this service is an exisiting NDIS Plan, or your completed Access Document.
